Unfortunately, we were accommodated in a room from which the windows of the newly built hotel were coming out directly. room and bathroom were cleaned every day, clean (except for those curtains :///) I recommend warmly to people who plan to spend time in NYC on sightseeing / shopping / parties. room and bathroom were very tiny, I was prepared for it and it wasn't a problem for me, room was used only for sleeping :).
